HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Follow these simple steps to order online:
1. Select the season you are interested in, for example : WINTER, TIMELESS. If instead you are looking for a specific item and you are not sure in which season it belongs, you can browse through styles by using a keyword or typing a style number in the box at the top right side.
2. Once you have found the style, you will see the features on the style’s page and you can select the color, size and quantity that you are interested in purchasing. Then you can click on “ADD TO SHOPPING BAG”.
3. At this point you can continue shopping by adding more items to the SHOPPING BAG. When you click on BAG in the top right corner, you can see all the items added, modify the units or remove items from the SHOPPING BAG.
4. When all the items you wish to order are in the SHOPPING BAG and no further changes are needed, you can click on “CHECKOUT.
5. Once an order has been confirmed and shipped, it cannot be modified. If you place separate orders, they will be shipped separately.
MINIMUMS
The following minimums apply, orders that are not within these minimums will not be processed.
ITALY 3 Pairs per style/color/size- minimum order Euro 300
UK Pairs per style/color/size- minimum order GBP 300
EUROPE 3 Pairs per style/color/size- minimum order Euro 300
UNITED STATES: 3 Pairs per style/color/size- minimum order $350 approximately, based on current Euro exchange rate
CANADA 3 Pairs per style/color/size- minimum order CAD 450 approximately, based on current Euro exchange rate
REST OF THE WORLD 3 Pairs per style/color/size- minimum order Euro 300
PRICES
The costs do not include IVA in Euro or in the currency that applies to the country.
The costs do not include shipping, in the final step, before placing the order, the client can see the total amount with the shipping charges.
If certain styles are no longer available, we will credit the amount paid to the payment method used.
PAYMENT METHODS
The following methods of payment are accepted on our Website:
CREDIT CARD
We accept payments with the most common credit card, including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Discover.
PAYPAL
We also welcome payments from PayPal Accounts and reserve the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.
BANK TRANSFER
If you choose this payment method, you will receive with order’s confirmation the necessary info to send a wire. Your items will be saved for you until payment is received. If you wish you can send us proof of payment, in any case the order will be shipped once the payment is received.
It is mandatory that the Client send a scan or fax of the bank transaction within 48 hours of confirming the order.
The merchandise will be shipped once we have received the funds and the merchandise is available for shipment.
PAYMENT SECURITY
All the transactions on the website use the safe PayPal gateway, personal information is encrypted and the credit card data will be transmitted on safe servers.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once an order has been placed, the website will send an email with the receipt and all your order details.
Once we receive your payment, we will process you order and ship it. You will receive an email with tracking number. If there is a problem with the order, we will advise you right away.
You will receive notifications concerning your shipment via email. You can also verify the status of your order in “ACCOUNT” and “MY ORDERS”

We are not responsible for delay due to the courier or by customs.

DELIVERY TIME AND COST
All services make deliveries between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Please note some services may not be available in all countries. Shipping is calculated at the checkout but to give you an idea of how much it will cost to ship and the estimate time, simply choose your ship to location below.**
TAXES & DUTIES
We currently ship orders in countries outside the EU that have some additional costs such as custom duties or taxes.
This means that import duties are excluded from the prices you see online and you may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority.
The countries that are subject to additional taxes and duties are
Australia, Brazil, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Kazakistan, Kuwait, Mexico, Norway, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates.
The Unites States and Canada are not subject to additional taxes and duties.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order anytime for any reason, before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed it is no longer possible to cancel it. You can cancel your order until you receive our email that your order has been processed.
