1.2. Emilio Cavallini can change or revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The client will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions each time they place an order.

2. Client requirements

2.1. In order to place an order, the client must:

• - place the order on behalf of a company.
• - fill out the paperwork on the website www.emiliocavallini.com and wait for authorization from Emilio Cavallini. We will approve or not approved the client based on the policy of brand distribution in the area where the client re-sells.

2.2. Each sale made by emiliocavallini /B2B using our online platform is intended only for the authorized client.

2.3. The Terms and Conditions are only intended for approved clients who adhere to our merchandising policy. 2.5. Emilio Cavallini reserves the right to refuse to accept orders from any client at any time.



3. Purchase

3.1. For each selected item, the client will see the photo of the item, the cost, the colors in which it is available and the sizes (if applicable).

3.2. Each purchase order is subject to purchase minimum as seen in the CUSTOMER SERVICE - ORDERS & SHIPPING - MINIMUS.

3.3. The client can see all the selected items by clicking on the shopping bag icon, on the top right side of the screen and can make changes or cancellations.

3.4. The client needs to check the content of the shopping bag, before confirming the order .

3.5. After the order confirmation, the order will be processed by our system and can be tracked as per article 8.3.

3.6. Once the purchase order has been processed, we suggest the client to download or print these terms and conditions, which are applicable from when the order is being written to when it is submitted. The client will receive an email to the email address provided before submitting the order, this email will detail the purchase order terms and conditions.





4. Availability

4.1. All the items offered by Emilio Cavallini are subject to limited availability. The client can check the availability of the items at any time on the website. This applies to when the client is looking for items to add to the shopping bag or when the order has been submitted.

4.2. The client cannot book a product by saving it in the shopping bag for purchase. Unless the client fully completes the order procedure, the content of the Shopping Bag will be update each time of a shopping session with the actual availability of the products.

4.3. There could be some errors in the availability of certain items. In this case, the client will be advised by email. The client will have the possibility to order another item or to cancel the order. There will be no charges if the client decides to cancel the order. If the credit card has already been processed, Emilio Cavallini will credit back the amount on the credit card a.s.a.p.

4.4. Emilio Cavallini reserves the right to change the items offered on the website at any time.



5. Order completion

5.1. The order will be completed when the client will select the option “ CHECKOUT“ . After the order confirmation, the order will be processed.

5.2. The client can request to cancel the purchase order until he/she receives an e-mail that the order has been processed. Once the order has been processed, it is no longer possible to make changes or to cancel it, unless it is allowed in the terms and conditions or by Italian laws.

5.3. Purchase order that are made separately will be shipped separately.

5.4 The order confirmation is the proof that the client has accepted the terms and conditions.

7. Shipment restrictions

8. Shipment

8.1. Shipment costs can be seen before finalizing the order, before the order confirmation is sent.

9. Order conformity

9.1. The items ordered must be checked at the time of delivery.

9.2. Once the goods have been delivered any issues or discrepancies seen must be reported on the shipping documents with a written document signed by the client (for example damages to the packaging, to the products, missing items that are shown on the invoice).

9.3. If the items received do not correspond to the ones ordered, the client must immediately advise Emilio Cavallini via mail at customerservice@emiliocavallini.com. The Client has the right to request to receive the missing items. If the items are no longer available, the client can choose different items or cancel them. In case of cancellation no charges will be applied for the cancellation. If the credit card has been processed, the amount will be credited back a.s.a.p.

10.1. Emilio Cavallini is responsible for defect for items sold on the website and for incorrect items shipped. Emilio Cavallini reserves the right to request photographs of defects or of incorrect items received before allowing items to be returned or credit a refund.
